She is a dean of the Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology. Her research and creative work focuses on issues related to the design of contemporary cultural facilities and the importance of public buildings for the quality of contemporary urban space. She is a member of the Association of Polish Architects (SARP), the Małopolska Regional Chamber of Architects of Poland (MOIA – IARP), the Municipal Urban Planning and Architecture Commission (MKUA) in Cracow.
