Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), we inform you that:

We are the data controller of personal data of:

  • persons personally providing services to us under civil law contracts;

  • persons representing our contractors and collaborators;

  • persons who are not members of the Polish Association of Architects who have voluntarily provided their personal data in connection with participation in contests, exhibitions, conferences, or training sessions organized by us.

Our details:

We process exclusively the data contained in the contract forming the basis of our cooperation, or, regarding persons participating in contests and other events we organize, the information specified in the registration form or relevant terms and conditions.

Particularly, we may process the following personal data: first and last name, PESEL number, number and type of identity document, information about qualifications, education, and professional experience, bank account number, home address, phone number, email address. All these data are necessary for the proper performance of contracts concluded with you or in connection with the contests or events conducted.

Personal data will be processed:

  • for the purpose of current execution of the service agreement;

  • to fulfill the administrator’s obligations as the payer of insurance contributions and taxes;

  • to meet legitimate interests of the administrator related to the provision of services or work by the data subject or a person designated by our collaborator or contractor on behalf of and for the administrator;

  • for the organization of contests, conferences, training sessions, or other events.

Some data of participants in contests, conferences, or trainings (especially identifying or address data) may be publicly disclosed by posting on our websites – if such possibility is provided in the regulations of the respective contest or event, or communicated to participants at the time of registration.

The basis for processing is the contract concluded with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), or legal obligations imposed on the controller, e.g., tax withholding obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

The personal data you provide will be stored for the duration required by applicable law. For civil law contracts, data will be kept until the expiry of the statute of limitations for claims arising from these contracts, and no longer than 2 years after that period, after which they will be permanently deleted from IT systems or irreversibly destroyed if in paper form.

Information about contests, their participants, and laureates will be stored indefinitely for archival and historical purposes.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing done prior to withdrawal. Withdrawing consent during the contract period may prevent us from fulfilling some contractual obligations. Withdrawal will not apply to data necessary for contract execution or data the controller is legally required to process.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Providing your personal data is a condition for concluding and performing the contract or participating in contests, conferences, or other special events.

Neither we nor any entity entrusted with your personal data use profiling as defined by the GDPR or make automated decisions based on profiling.
